 about me 

Born 1st of June, 1998, Einar Nybakk Pettersen grew up in Bodø, Norway. Spending his childhood Swiming, this would go on to take up most of his time as a child. When Einar Turned 15, he decided to take his swimming to a professional level. He decided to go to a high school in collaboration with the Norwegian Olympic team. From here, he would go on to win one gold and two bronze medals in different Norwegian national championships.

Ultimately Einar decided that this wasn't the life he wanted for himself. So he decided to turn his life around and focus on other things. He had previously found joy in making videos with his friends, so he decided to explore this further. Applying for a year-long course in filmmaking at the age of 18, Einar went on to start the next chapter in his life. He would spend the entire year there experiencing and doing everything in front of and behind the camera. At this school is where he finally found his love for acting. During this year, he would also pick up playing the piano, singing, and dancing contemporary and ballet. He would also join a musical group at this time.

When the year was over, Einar had made a decision. He wanted to pursue acting as a career. Already having done one year of performing in front of the camera, he considered changing things up and perform on stage. So he went on to finish High school, but this time not with swimming, but with theatre. Einar would spend the next two years of his life in this school. During these two years, Einar would get much theatre-experience. Everything from making and performing in the smaller school plays To performing in the more significant plays in the regional theatre during a theatre festival, and even portraying the sadistic dentist Orri in "little shop of horrors."

These two years would make Einars Love for acting even more energetic, but he was missing being in front of the camera. So when he finally finished High School and was deciding what to do for his Batchelor, the camera would take him out of the country and to Berlin. He would spend the first year Acting in a total of 16 short films and two music videos. That was all outside of his classes. In his classes, He would learn about specific techniques for camera acting, development to better his acting, movement, accent training, and even making a Voice Reel, starting him on a career in voice acting as well. 

Einar is planning to finish his Batchelor in Berlin, and will, therefore, be spending the next two years in Berlin continuing to do bigger and better things.
